1. Size:
Common sizes include 3” x 3”, 4” x 6”, or 5” x 7”.
You can also create custom sizes based on your needs (e.g., larger for detailed notes or smaller for quick reminders).
The size will influence the overall design layout, so choose based on how much content or branding you want to include.

2. Paper Type and Quality
Paper Weight: Choose a durable but flexible paper, typically 70-90 gsm, so the pads are sturdy but easy to peel off one sheet at a time.
Paper Finish: Depending on the look and feel you want:
Matte Finish: Smooth and professional, easy to write on with any type of pen.
Gloss Finish: Offers a more shiny, polished look, but may make writing more challenging with certain pens (best for branding-heavy designs).
Recycled Paper: If sustainability is a focus, consider using recycled or eco-friendly paper for your memo pads.

3. Self-Adhesive Feature
Adhesive Type: The adhesive should be strong enough to stick to most surfaces (desks, computers, notebooks) but not so strong that it damages surfaces when removed.
Removable Adhesive: Ideal for post-it-style pads, this allows easy peeling without residue or damage.
Permanent Adhesive: If you need the pad to stick firmly and permanently, this could be an option, but make sure it’s not too sticky for everyday use.
Peel-and-Stick Functionality: Ensure the self-adhesive feature is simple to use. The back of each sheet should peel off easily while leaving no residue on the surface it’s placed on.

4. Binding and Sheet Quantity
Glue Binding: The sheets are bound at the top or side using a glue strip. The number of sheets in each pad can range from 50 to 100 sheets or more, depending on how long you expect the pad to last.
Size of the Pad: The glue should bind the sheets in a way that allows easy removal one by one without tearing. For example, if you choose a 3” x 3” pad, around 100 sheets is a good starting point.

5. Packaging
Individual Packaging: For added convenience or if you plan to distribute the memo pads, you can package them individually in a plastic sleeve or paper wrap.
Bulk Packaging: For large orders, consider bulk packaging with a branded box or reusable envelope.
