3. Printing Process:
Cover Material: The cover is typically printed on a sturdy cardstock (around 250-350 gsm) to withstand the UV coating and provide a durable paperback. A soft-touch laminate can be added to the base cover to create a contrasting matte finish against the glossy spot UV.
Digital vs. Offset Printing: Depending on the print run, digital printing is ideal for smaller quantities and offers flexibility for quick changes, while offset printing provides higher quality and cost-effectiveness for larger runs.
