1.Q : Can I print the cards with my own design ?
A : Yes , of course , we can make the cards with your own artworks .

2.Q : Do you have any regular size can recommend to me ?
A : Yes, 63 mm x 88 mm and 57 mm x 87 mm, you can choose one you need .

3.Q : My cards is for little baby from 3-5 age, Whether your material and ink is health or not ?
A : Please do not worry , our material is recyclable and it is suitable to USA standard . Our ink is vegetable ink , please do not worry about its safety .

4.Q : Can you offer me the template of the cards for me to make the design ?
A: Yes , of course .We can offer you the template of the cards and package if you can confirm me the size of the cards and the material and how many cards you will packed in the box.

5.Q : For the artworks, what kind of format do you need ?
A : It would be appreciated if you can offer us the artworks in PDF format , but if you do not have artworks in PDF format , if have JEPG format in high resolution is fine

6.Q : What should we pay attention to the artworks making ?
A : All artworks of the cards should be with bleed and at least 300 DPI . When you convert the artworks in PDF format, it’d better to layout the file , so that we can not make any changes on it and there won’t be fort missing .

7.Q : I do not have my own design , can you make the design for me ?
A : Yes , we can make the artworks for you if you can offer us the pictures in high resolution. And there may have some design fee caused .

8.Q : How long does it take to finish 1000 sets cards ?
A: The exact lead time depends on the specification on the cards you need , but commonly it will take 12-15 days to finish . If you need the cards in urgent schedule, we can push our production department to rush for you .
